Same-day hand delivery available for orders placed before 4:00 PM local destination time.
02. Specialized Delivery Time Slots & Midnight Celebrations
Midnight delivery is delivered between 11:30 PM and 12:15 AM to surprise your loved ones right on their special day.
During checkout, customers can select from Standard Delivery (flexible daily slots), Fixed Time Delivery, or Midnight Delivery across supported cities and metropolitan regions.
03. Recipient Absent & Safe Drop Protocol
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery executive will attempt to contact them, coordinate with neighbors, or leave the package in a safe, shaded location.
Because our deliveries are gifts, invoices and pricing are never included in the physical parcel. The recipient receives solely your bouquet and custom message card.
04. Temperature-Controlled Logistics & Stem Hydration
All floral arrangements travel in climate-conditioned delivery vehicles with hydrating stem packs and bespoke gift boxing. This ensures delicate petals remain firm, vibrant, and fully hydrated from our florist table to your recipient's hands.
